When Substance Use Becomes Concerning

You may benefit from therapy if:

  • You rely on alcohol or substances to manage stress
  • You feel guilt or shame about your use
  • Attempts to cut back haven’t lasted
  • Relationships have been impacted
  • You notice increasing tolerance
  • You use substances to cope with anxiety, trauma, or depression
  • You feel out of control or conflicted about your use

Not everyone who seeks support identifies as having an addiction. Many individuals simply want a healthier relationship with alcohol or other substances.

Therapy can meet you wherever you are.

Co-Occurring Disorders & Substance Use

Substance use often intersects with:

  • Anxiety disorders
  • Depression
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • ADHD
  • Mood disorders

When underlying concerns are addressed, substance use patterns often become more manageable.

We treat the whole person, not just the behavior.

Supporting Families & Partners

Substance use impacts more than one person. We also support:

  • Partners navigating trust and communication concerns
  • Families adjusting to recovery
  • Parents supporting adolescents
  • Couples rebuilding connection

Healing often requires strengthening the relational system alongside individual growth.
