Founding Owner
Offering in-person and telehealth services to adults
I founded Collaborative Healing with a clear vision: to provide high-quality, ethically grounded, and accessible mental health care to our community. As a practice owner and clinician, I am deeply committed to building a space where both clients and clinicians experience excellence, compassion, and integrity in care.
My therapeutic style is open, direct, and non-judgmental. I work collaboratively with clients to navigate life’s challenges, reduce emotional discord, and create meaningful change aligned with their values and goals.
Whether in my role as a clinician or as the founder of Collaborative Healing, my mission remains the same: to create a supportive, elevated environment where people feel safe exploring their innermost thoughts and building a life that feels intentional and fulfilling.

Offering in-person and telehealth services to adults
I have been a therapist for more than 12 years, blending evidence-based approaches with a warm, collaborative style. My work centers on helping clients build resilience by drawing on their strengths, reconnecting with themselves and others, and moving toward a life that feels more aligned and sustainable.
I know that therapy can be simple in concept but not always easy in practice. My goal is to offer a grounded, compassionate space for people navigating life’s more challenging moments.
My areas of specialty include mental health and substance use, women’s mental health, women in leadership, individuals working in healthcare and higher education, anxiety, depression, grief & loss, and life transitions. I understand burnout, compassion fatigue, and the quiet pressure of feeling like you have to hold everything together.
I would be honored to support you as you care for your mental health and overall well-being.

Offering in-person and telehealth services to teens and adults
I am an LCSW with over 10 years of experience supporting adults and caregivers, particularly through aging, healthcare transitions, adoption journeys, and experiences of loss.
As a certified grief counselor, I help clients understand, normalize, and navigate the many ways grief can show up—whether related to death, life transitions, identity shifts, or unmet expectations.
I specialize in working with grief, depression, and anxiety, and life transitions, using a collaborative and compassionate approach that integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, grief-informed care, and supportive therapy. Together, we work to process difficult emotions, strengthen coping strategies, and foster resilience in the face of change.
My goal is to ensure you feel heard, understood, and supported as you move toward greater clarity, stability, and hope. I look forward to walking alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges.

Offering in-person and telehealth services to kids, teens and adults
I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and am passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA+ community through affirming, inclusive care. I have experience helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation, stress, and grief.
Together, we explore these challenges to better understand your emotions and build practical tools for change. My approach integrates CBT, MBCT, motivational interviewing, DBT, SFBT, person-centered therapy, and play therapy techniques for younger clients.
I strive to create a welcoming, honest, and non-judgmental space where you can build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and move toward greater emotional well-being.

Offering telehealth services for teens, adults, and couples
My aim as a therapist is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where meaningful change can take place. With over two decades of experience in the mental health field, I have worked with adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief & loss, mood disorders, and co-occurring conditions.
I draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based, solution-focused, and narrative therapies, and am trained in EMDR and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. My approach is collaborative and practical, helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create lasting, meaningful change.
Above all, I strive to create a collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients feel supported, empowered, and equipped with practical tools to move toward lasting growth and healing.

Offering in-person and telehealth services to kids, teens and adults
I specialize in working with clients navigating trauma, depression, social and generalized anxiety, substance use, grief, and anger management. For clients struggling with OCD, I incorporate Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), supporting you step-by-step in facing fears and breaking free from the cycle of compulsions.
I've worked in a therapeutic setting on the west side of Chicago that intentionally integrated theater as a clinical tool to support teens in building confidence, emotional insight, and connection.
My approach is collaborative and strengths-based. I partner with clients to develop a healthier, more empowering narrative while drawing on their existing skills and resilience. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can process openly, build self-awareness, and experience meaningful personal growth.

Offering telehealth services to adults and couples
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Georgia. My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, with treatment thoughtfully tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.

I also work with individuals navigating divorce, parenting challenges, blended family dynamics, and women’s issues such as infertility and miscarriage. I hold an ADHD-CCSP certification and specialize in helping adults with ADHD develop practical tools for improved functioning and emotional regulation.
I am Gottman Level 1 trained and work with couples to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and navigate transitions such as premarital counseling, infidelity, and new parenthood.
