Our Clinical Assessment service is an interactive process that involves gathering information to help determine the client's presenting symptoms and diagnosis. Information related to the clients psychological, biological and social histories will be gathered. The goal of the clinical assessment is to help identify and manage the client's most critical issues in order to provide high-quality care.
Our 45 and 60 minute psychotherapy sessions use a variety of treatment modalities to help identify thoughts, feelings and behaviors our clients would like to change. These methods can help in improving coping strategies for stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma symptoms, and other clinical presentations. Our clinicians utilize their clinical training and the rapport built to best understand the individual needs of ach client, and create a tailored treatment plan and goals.
Our Family/Couples Sessions utilize a variety of treatment methods to improve the relationship between family members/couples. Family members with work with the non-judgmental therapist to improve communication patterns, problem solve, and have a better understanding of each other. Engaging in Family/Couples counseling can help participants learn how their behaviors impact one another and can support families that are faced with changes, such as illness, divorce, trauma, or other life circumstances.
Our Clinical Supervision is offered at an out of pocket rate to those seeking clinical supervision hours towards state licensure. Sessions are 60 minutes long and include clinical consultation as well as clinical guidance and adherence to ethical standards. We have both LCSW and LCPC clinical supervisors on staff.
